I don't think @Bazsa was suggesting they should be forced to offer a guarantee - rather that it might be a productive marketing strategy and expand coverage by insurers - and I agree it would be well worth looking at.
And several companies have used it to their advantage, particularly in the current US climate of intense downward pressures on drug prices, not just from the usual suspects the Democrats but also from the White House.
