The takeover discussion is still relevant regardless of GG having an intent/capability or not.
It is a pharma 101 that once a small pharma gets an FDA approval, everyone wants to have a piece of it, and in case of big pharma players, the piece that they want is ideally a whole piece, AKA T/O, but like we discussed their approsch is usually not a hostile T/O, alas, they use the first opportunity to bid.
often a,T/O is put to the shareholders to vote on. So, it is good to have the discussion early.
