The FDA are just following a process and MSB is a square peg trying to fit into a round hole.
IMO anyone who has seen or heard SI talk would be confident he will get this over the line in the Type A meeting. i really believe If it wasn't for his ability to deliver compelling rationale in the ODAC the recommendation would have likely swung the other way.
