I agree there's an inconsistency there, and my argument is that it's due to the nature of the treatment, rather than a conspiracy. Requiring the novel MSC treatment to do more proof than just another injection, pill or chemical compound that has more history, known biomarkers etc.
Fear of the unknown, basically...
