my current thinking is that, as @Zenox may be alluding to, CRL was possibly the only response given FDA would like phase 4/RCT. par for the course: MSB will need to appeal or apply for accelerated approval. I dont know if you can get a fully fledged APPROVAL with a caveat that more data is required... I think whoever are buying today may be thinking something similar too... again happy to be corrected on all points.
