MSB to dispute FDA finding in Type A meeting, page-468

So agreed dplane. MSB have never over promised and the absolute crap that flies out of some CEO/COO's mouths by comparison they should be in jail. There have been some excellent insight into the processes by yourself and others on here and I realise I was over-confident on the FDA approval. Had I known all that I do now before I would have still applied a 75% chance of approval before. I would have taken a bit of stock off the table, or bought some puts more likely. The fault with my recent investment loss lies mainly with the FDA and my own exuberance - I apologise to anyone who was swayed by my discussion of the past 16 years of ODAC rulings that never over-turned a postive ruling.

Plenty guilty on here of blowing up MSB, but not management.
