Good luck with that! Starpharma got its"non approval" letter nearly two years ago and is still in the "review process". I think it will get approval within the next six months, given that its product is currently approved in about 160 countries and selling well with excellent patient acceptance.
The FDA is influenced greatly by American pharmaceutical interests and politics.
