I agree, which I have mentioned previously. Tell the FDA and the USA to bugger off.
There is another 95% population in the world that we can market to, who would love to save their children firstly and eventually adults.
Nobody that I can see on hot copper has given a reason we persist with the US and The FDA, when there must be many other bodies that are the equivalent to the FDA in other countries.
