MSB to dispute FDA finding in Type A meeting, page-742

i had been looking for a document that might be one in the same as have read it all yet- will be doing throught the afternoon. I had posted previous about the public putting together a petition- and asked, as there are so many learned people on our MSB thread, and how put words together better than i, if they could look into it..... I found some documentation- but they more referred to the public petition to the FDA for a change in proceedures.... not quite the same maybe, I suspect there is a docuement of that elk, but FDA wouldn't want that one to be easily found. I also thought by putting the vibes out there the survivors might also have like to join in - a big undertaking for someone ..... I would hope the FDA won't drag that process out, like take a year to consider.
I will enjoy reading the citzen one... and hope i find, as some else suggest, that the FDA actually approve a single arm...to approvall on good result but the changed the goal posts! It might be hiden in the legal jargon- has anyone found a reference yet- as it is a long document.
