np, I was just catching up on old posts while waiting for my son to finish work and came accross that first one from imback that said here's blood on their hands, I clicked the link and found the legal letter and I'm like wtf? How did I miss this. The wording looked so familiar to me from the ODAC briefing pack, I'm sure it was copied or in direct response to it. I guess we shouldn't be suprised but it still stinks. As I said I pity Incyte and potentially N if that info ever got out to the support organisation of mothers that support the familes with these dying kids.
Once I got over my rage I realised it probably means good news from here for the partnership and GVHD APP, a deal has potentially been done behind closed doors and the FDA wont want this getting out so can "approve" it with concessions for AP, everyone wins and is happy, everyone forgets the bad taste in their mouth and why it happened.
