While we wait for that confirmation in the form of a major partner or FDA approval which stands at a better than 85% chance and after the comments from them more likely 95% is it not reasonable to expect the SP to climb. This fact and the fact that there is a known market for about 30 million shares should give us all great confidence that someone will enter the market with surnifficate force to push the SP above the $2.50 level after which the SP will rocket due to covering activities . I suspect that SI may be waiting for this before partnerships are signed.
