Dear MSB Nation,
As many holders have been saying for years now, this stock is highly shortedand professionally manipulated.
(Vinny and Dolce - justto mention a few).
The fall on NASDAQ on Friday13th July 2019 makes ZERO sense, on the back of recent positive announcementsand strong buying and conviction shown by M&G
(note: per Sub-holderannouncement 12th July 2019, aggregate of additional MSB shares acquiredwere 3,638,630 ASX shares and 452,475 ADR shares).
There are two (2)observations I make from M&G Form 604, lodged with the ASX on Thursday12th July 2019:
1. It would not surprise be that the large parcel of sharesacquired by M&G were on the back of excellent announcements made by MSB in June 2019, including:-
§ 11 June 2019: MSBexpands JCR Partnership to Brain Disease in Newborns ( reinforces MSBcredibility and power of MLC’s)
§ 17 June 2019: MSBhosted virtual Synopsium with KOL on GvHD ( more credibility and again reinforcespower of MLC’s)
§ 24 June 2019: FDAGrants Revacsor Orphan Drug for End Stage CHF with LVAD’s ( HUGE credibility andagain highlights the power and belief in MLC’s)
2. In my opinion , Friday’s movement on the NASDAQ cannotbe a coincidence (i.e. just after M&G lodged Form 604 on Thursday 12/7/19).
§ In fact , I hypothesize and IMO can only explain such a large drop , as the strategic work by our friends(Shorters).
§ In my mind, itwould not surprise me the Australian Shorters were behind this fall.
§ We know, for the sophisticated,you can easily transfer/convert ASX shares to ADR shares.
Why I say an AustralianShorter is because , by and large over the last 2- 3 years, to the best of myknowledge , US fund managers have been fairly constant in their MSB holdings(other than re-balancing , with some smaller fund managers reducing theirholdings. But the main stayers have consistently added to their holdings).
My Hypothesis:
So on the back of excellentannouncements in June 19 ( per Item 1 above) and Form 604 lodged by M & G, I think this sparked immense panic byour friends and therefore - lets just disturb and slaughter any positiveness that canbe gauged from the massive validation revealed by M&Gregarding their belief and position with Mesoblast. This NASDAQ action is clearly aimed at RetailHolders (quick grab) as the Big Boys cannot be Bamboozled !
Sorry Shorter – but not thislittle retail shareholder. I’m staying strong , aren’t budging and your actionsspeak 1000 words.
And of course Ecool’s explanation re Novaquest (awesome contributor) has put an end to any speculation of some of theories on thisread.
As Otherperspective ( just as awesome contributor) alluded to at this morning’spost ( #39503807) “Next weekshould be exciting as it is probably the time when the LVAD pre BLA meeting islikely to be scheduled”.
Thankyou OP, I have to agree with you – the LVAD / FDA meeting would have to be imminent.
