1. it serves no purpose at all to talk about CSL before it listed.
2. if you insist on making the comparison, MSB has called on additional funds in dilutionary Capital Raisings on multiple occasions and it's not as if the share price has repaid the faith of all those investors. Is it really a worthwhile distinction as to whether the Commonwealth or Private investors put up the money?
3. CSL has repaid the faith shown by both the Commonwealth and Private Investors, in spades. The jury is still very much out on MSB which still can't support itself without external Capital.
