Target price by the end of September is $1.68 which coincides with MSB long term down trend. Price target will be achieved if MSB closes around $1.50 any day this week, ideally a couple of closes above. A $1.50 close breaks the short term down trend that started April 2019 when MSB traded at $1.65.
If MSB's long term down trend is broken, the share price will continue to increase. $2+ in 2020.
Worse case, the down trend is not tested until December 2019. This implies a target of $1.55.
