MSB is one of the many shares on the ASX who IMO suffers from manipulation at times ... I think it is part of the course now... many have tried to address the issue and some of us even made complaints through the Banking RC process ... so far all to no avail IMO ... I just hope that fundamentals (in MSB especially) shine through in the end
