Overwhelming efficacy. It cannot be ruled out - even at the 45% readout - due to the way the trial is powered. We don't (and can't) have all of the necessary details to determine this, but this table by @omnisearch is a good graphical descriptor:

You can almost certainly rule out futility of treatment.
