at the end of the day this is all about getting fd a approval for something . it will just take one approval to get the share price going and send de shorts into the naughty corner .sadly it looks like gvhd is not one of the candidates . commercially it is not an issue but spiitually it really is quite apart from the ghastly prognosis for the poor people with this appalling condition . from a commercial point of view the ards market is tens of multiples larger than gvhd . everything indicates this is working and recruitment is increasing at a rapid pace . you sort of believe that management think that ards is so important that they are doing everything to delay heart and back given their confidence in ards . now we have Novartis underwriting that enthusiasm . one of the greatest and more conservative pharma groups in the world and yet they bought genentech having taken a major position in the company ( as has begun to happen today with the blast ) . you could argue that this is a repeat of genentech which was an amazingly innovative company in the pharmaceutical world . the blast is also of that ilkwith all of its innovations in areas of unmet needs . don't forget that Novartis is a massive player in heart disease and it wouldn't surprise that there is something there as well .

so I don't think one should underestimate the importance of this strategic move today . the blast offers so much in terms of therapies for unmet clinical needs . genentech thrived under Novartis partnership as did the share price before it was eventually acquired . Hopefully history repeats itself . a massive deal .
