Wow. Taught a couple of classes and I missed that crazy run to $5!!
Here's today's micro picture
Today opened with a gap up, which I knew probably needs to be filled before we embark on that afternoon run.
Some indications on why I think that's gonna happen again.
1. Notice that when the SP tried to back-test into that gap in the orange zone, it was rejected? It does suggest buying pressure, as evidenced by the higher lows seen in the Chaikin Money Flow. Remember that it lags a bit, but we are seeing a possible bullish divergence with the higher lows.
2. Overall, the On-Balance Volume has seen a positive gradient, which further confirms the accumulation. Stay tuned for this one.
3. RSI is currently > 30% which means we are in oversold territory. Get ready for the reversal. It's possibly starting already.
