But, at some point in time, which occurred late yesterday, and continued on today... others, will see value
A small % is the retail SHs, but the instos are the the drivers of this SP surge and they should see the value here and act accordingly - i.e. push the buy button.

We are at the cusp of the first FDA approved MSC product - that will be juicy to these instos buyers.
Expect an acceleration of SP surge this afternoon - next target is still $3.50
