None of the big Pharma companies manufacture in China because of loose local IP laws. Manufacturing in China includes handing over your IP, basically. Okay if you are wanting to manufacture plastic knives for cheap but not good for products with cutting edge technology. Electronic companies get around it by having the chips they use blank or their own numbering systems so they are unclonable.
Teva is a large Pharma manufacturing in China but they only manufacture cloned (non name branded) Pharma products anyway, so it's not IP they own anyway.
China is not attractive to MSB in my opinion.
