I understand this Ann, but the market priced it at $5.50 prior to getting this news months ago. now we have it .. and we're $1 worse off.

No one I know was expecting a Fast Track designation for Rem-L for treating COVID-19 ARDS ? We were all waiting for an Emergency Use Approval, which if granted will be when the real share price action starts.......
There is a big difference between a Fast Track designation and an EUA ..... one expedites the pathway to approval whereas the other is an approval for emergency use of the treatment ....
Easily checked - if you do an advanced search in HC for the words Fast Tracked on the MSB forum and set the date range from 1 Jan 2020 to 30 Nov 2020 (ie. prior to today's announcement that uses those words) there is no mention of COVID-19 Fast Tracked designation for Remestemcel-L being discussed that I can find - EUA, yes that is everywhere
I will also re-iterate that today's announcement, while a positive step, is not an approval of anything
