It is absolutely clear now (as it so often is after the event) that the huge spike earlier this week was driven by shorters working both exchanges & publishing the FDA document before anyone could access the company's response. I think the @The Yankee nailed it in his post earlier today. Most of the shorts who were in on this attack would have got out during the last two days. Some may be covering today at a reduced profit.

Tomorrow is D-Day. After 2 days of mature reflection and analysis, I think that all of us who are playing the long game are justifiably feeling pretty confident about the meeting and subsequent approval. If the meeting goes well and we get a favourable vote, I think we will sail past $5.00 very quickly.

There was at least one person who was quickly out of the gate spamming the board shortly after the link to the FDA document was first posted on these threads. These posts consisted of nothing more than selective extracts from the FDA document without any commentary and stripped of any proper context. I think it was pretty disgusting behaviour that may have helped facilitate the market manipulation. I am not suggesting that they were in on the grand scheme but they were definitely out there doing the big boys dirty work .
