I think you can forget about a TO.
Whichever way you look at it, you cannot easily get a hostile TO nor a SoA.
With all the value accretive news in front of us, who really want to sell their shares.
With SI, he is now seeing his long term vision unfolding in front of him, there's no way that he would sell out.
If he does, the SP will be pretty high - how will these Pharma's justify to their share holders?
