Corporate updates often are focused on management changes or deeply unusual or unexpected administrative change. Not matters that easily come to mind. If they cannot be worked through quickly and become more complex during the trading halt then the company will seek suspension. In this case shareholders have reason for concern because there is a chance that a favourable outcome is not possible.
