Not at all. Those numbers ddwn gave are just examples of how ADRs and MSB shares are exchanged and combined make up the total market cap of the company. They can be exchanged on a daily basis to keep the markets in sync. Any price differences in the two markets are about the timing of news relative to the times the markets are open. If the markets were open simultaneously, you would see the prices matching and walking in step.
As an example, let's say I am an investor with access to both markets who wants to accumulate a large position in the company. It doesn't matter if I have 5 MSB shares or 1 ADR, I will keep buying shares on either market. If prices are cheaper on either market, demand shifts accordingly to keep prices in sync. Not all investors have easy access to both markets, but brokers and institutional investors do.
