personally the primary end point msb set was not going to be realistic
Actually it turned out to be primary end point the FDA set as the preferred standard measure for therapeutics only a week or 2 after the 300 patient trial went live. While the Icahn School of Medicine probably had few doubts it is a perfectly reasonable measure given their intimate knowledge of the initial 12 patient study it was probably set in discussion with the FDA.
