This is so massive . The meeting was compelling . There were comments by Silviu that i think were missed where he said that efficacy in adults is just the same as in children and yet i think the outcome of this is that they will be asked to do a trial in adults which opens up that whole market which is far far larger than kids . Remember for the mpc’s which is heart and back there is a much more homogenous manufacturing process so if that shows efficacy safety and manufacturing will not be an issue .
