Look up MVP...they market the ‘green whistle’ that you may have seen injured sporting stars use when they are in bad pain eg broken leg. The green whistle is used globally for instant pain relief for sporting & other severe injuries eg car accidents. Europe, Australia, NZ & Japan to mention a few. Excellent safety profile & effective pain management. The FDA placed it under a Clinical hold until 2021. They’ve just extended that until 2024. Why ???? Maybe big pharma don’t want any competition for their opioids ? Who knows...but in a card game the FDA have all the aces & a wild card !
