Another upside of approval for Covid 19-ARDS will be the stockpiling of MSCs for any future pandemic.
Just as countries stockpile medicines in the case of other emergencies.
I think this potential demand needs to be factored into the price and will lead to significantly larger demand for longer.

I hope Dr. SI will investigate bringing manufacturing in-house eventually. The opportunity to bring costs down through learning curve effects as well as protecting (manufacturing) IP through trade secrets rather than patents will extend the company's competitive advantage for an even longer duration.
I believe the future (after patents expire) will belong to the company that can drive 'cost of goods' down the most; which in turn opens up more markets as well as treatments for more minor (less life threatening) illnesses.
