I suspect the trepidation is focused on the looming FDA decision - they are the ones who threw up the issues and hard-line questions that sunk the price earlier in the week. Explained as them doing their job I realise.
The ODAC today is a major step in the right direction (evidenced by stock up over 30% today), but we could still see issues with the FDA. So perhaps there is a note of caution until we have a clearer outcome.
As with most here, I'm confident - but also still have a nagging feeling. Maybe that feeling is keeping a lid on gains today?
Hopefully this settles and rises confidently back over $5 today. But I'm just happy that we're back out of the $3s (let's hope it holds) with a lot of news to come!
