Ummm... nothing has been factored in buddy.
The trading range was ALWAYS $3.20 - $4 until announcement of phase 3 trial results.
The rise above $4 was a pump and dump which many cheerleaders got too excited about. You have to use logic at a time like this and not let your emotions dictate your investment. Clearly that has been the case for many with the price rising and falling.
