My understanding is that SI and co are negotiating the terms of approval with them currently - ie: the post marketing studies, the ongoing safety and efficacy data, adult trial - all of that.
And if I read one of @taylorstjames posts right - ARDS approval terms...?
But agreed - with a kid a day suffering and dying from GvHD - they should get on with it.
