Here is my take on the SP...

30m shares traded after 2 hours of trading

We've spiked early and also gone down pretty hard quickly
We are now just range bounding

So where to next?
The excitement of ODAC approval recommendation is now sinking in...
But, the real SP re-rate in the next few days will be moderate, as there will be slow realisation from retailer investors and instos of how significant this news was to Mesoblast
Not just to the aGVHD market itself but what it means for the company standing and product suite
This will take a bit of time

But, for today what have we got?
The professional sharts now got a mandate to exit - they've done what they can to attack the SP in the last few days including today, but that's about all they can do - game over

Retail SHs and some institution who wanted to sell have sold out
The selling will thin out and the only way to exit the shart positions is to bid the price upwards

I'll stick to my original guess...
We are then likely to close at $5.20 or so

Have conviction to HODL - this is just the start of a beautiful relationship between SHs and Mesoblast. Many more great days to come
