When ever it’s released, I hope MSB SP builds a strong base line price to allow it to be propelled further after the announcement (assuming a positive announcement). Even if no announcement today or early next week and the SP keeps increasing till sept 30th, then that seems like a more favourable outcome (in terms of trying to achieve the highest SP)
