Well I would imagine that FDA make their announcements during American work hours, so I would say that that any decision regarding FDA approvals would be announced during Nasdaq trading hours, therefore would be a trading halt on MESO .
im not sure it would be held over to ASX tonannounce first as Americans believe the world revolves around them
