Check my post on around 7th September and my research and understanding that in the UK under FCA regulation that “no single holding can exceed 10% of the value of the fund”. IMO ,this puts into context the recent M&G notices.
Hence with any positive Meso news , expect a forced adjustment by M&G to ensure management of the < 10% rule.
This is my understanding and would luv to be corrected by anyone who does have actual UK fund manager experience.
