Many of the up/downrampers are pretty obvious - if they are being paid or doing it for their own investments is neither here nor there.
The harder to identify are those who are paid (or just trolls) who are just there to get into arguments and cause chaos. Their almost whole existence in stock threads is to start an argument and then keep it going.
Some may even pretend to not be a troll/paid chaos causer by saying they are there to fight against said chaos causer. Don't be surprised if 2 of the people in an argument are the same person or sitting next to each other laughing about the chaos.
