I would say it is the opposite, price is factoring in more chance of approval for aGvHD.
Can you imagine what the price would be if aGvHD is denied or delayed? We had a 40% drop with no announcements on results. Many here are still expecting aGvHD to be approved. No one here is thinking it won't be approved and thus the price has factored in approval right now.
Market doesnt factor in a product in phase 3 being denied before it has happened. It always factors in the possibility.
