I would like to be able to agree but here we are faced with the risk of $2.50 if not FDA approved or $7.50 if approved. ODAC was a leading indicator of approval, but it wasn't the actual approval which is still at risk. If it is de-risked as you say then you shouldn't expect any upward movement following FDA approval.
