The way i see it is not many of these possible treatments are in phase 3 trials and having readouts as MSB are. Also SI has said the mortality rate for those on ventilators ( serious ARDS) is still around a minimum of 60 % mortality. If MSB has a survival rate of say 70% ( minimum) and also the treatment "repairing" lung tissue with a shorter stay in hospital then thats a huge win . Thats my basic view of why i have more hope for Covid/ ARDS being at least a 50 % + ?? chance
