I was reading some analysis over the weekend that showed that some approvals over the last 12 months were given months ahead of the PDUFA date, but the median was three days before. On that basis, high possibility of an approval overnight tonight. The analysis to support their findings wasn't provided so I couldn't fact check it sorry. Pick any night this week and I guess you have a 1 in 3 chance of being right, but the analysis indicated that it's usually a few days ahead of the PDUFA date. Happy to hear from anyone who has more detail to support or refute this.
