And why would i celebrate an 11% gain on hubris? It's fickle. There's nothing substantive about it.
And this first decision is the biggest because it has implications for all subsequent products in the line. If it's negative, and it's likely due to production concerns, then those same concerns will remain for any other treatment that MSB offers for anything else.
