I believe this week's decision will be a bellwether for future decisions relating to MSB products.
Col69 suggested it's not.
If the FDA approve this week, the price will buoy up beyond the immediate market cap potential for that particular product. It will buoy up beyond that because the reduced risk associated with future FDA approvals will be somewhat mitigated and therefore, factored into the price.
If the FDA are not satisfied with the input consistency for MSC related treatments - enough to reject a treatment option where there is literally no other treatment - then I suspect the FDA will have a hard time approving any other MSC related products in the near future.
Somehow, Col69 seems to think my logic is flawed. And he believes that despite input concerns for Ryoncil that ARDs related treatment prospects would be unaffected.
Some may adopt a live and let live in lala land approach. I prefer to call people out on it.
