I was doing some research on the approval, and I think the stagnation has to do with the fact that it doesn't seem like a "blockbuster" approval, given that there is a rough estimate of approx. 7500 kids in the USA who suffer from adrenocortical insufficiency and ETON doesn't look like being able to target/help all and therefore will not even get all of the market share. Also understand that it is not a expensive drug, so profit etc is very small.
As such, I think there will be the standard 20-25% increase over a day or two, but can't see it holding based on the financials.
