Although having read the presentation I had been ignoring all the harsh comments about it but you had me going back and searching for the child picture.
Yes I found it and found myself not horrified. It did however have me recalling the suffering of Inflammatory Breast Cancer sufferers. The scarring looks very similar and the itching and pain it causes I’ve been told is incredible, I recognized it as unbearable.
As my example of Breast Cancer went through many varieties of BC (Hormone responsive Tumor, Bone, Liver, Lung, conversion to Triple Negative BC, IBC) on viewing this slide I now hope that one day MSC’s may be found to be of benefit to these sufferers also.
