It was not unethical or undignified. IT IS THE RAW REALITY!
For heavens sake, try to look at the positive side of what I must agree would have been a most confronting image.
Obviously it distressed you as it would most people, but please try to comfort yourself with the likelihood that the image probably had a profound effect on the panel.
You are making me feel distressed.
