FDA decision would have been only hours old. MSB have responsibility to advise market via ASX of price sensitive information first so FDA will not interject in that process so you won’t see release from them anytime soon, if anything it will occur immediately after ASX release.
The reality is most likely that the good folks at MSB headquarters are probably carefully wording up the release and getting approval for every word probably with a tone of lawyers in the room. My guess is that they are wording it to include next steps post approval IMO. The fact they haven’t asked for a suspension in trading tells me they have it under control.
