Im not the only one but the consistent behaviour of "down to the wire" ANN's from MSB is grating. Other companies don't seem to have issues releasing pertinent information an hour or 2 before 10am.
MSB has consistently displayed a particular knack for having ANN's at the absolute last second - its not a good look.
