While not the result wanted, this is a paradigm shift in treatment, not an innovation built on current practices. The FDA will therefore be 'cautious'. MSB and SI are very, very clever and would have anticipated this scenario. So they will be on the front foot already. This result is not a failure (as some naively contend), nor an end-of-the-world event for MSB. GLTA.
