Like I said in this post on the 24 Sep (below) ... the FDA are a law unto themselves and there are no guarantees in life so people need to temper their expectations ... this is a set back for sure so I will be interested in how this pans out .... at least the other 3 phase 3 trials we are waiting on that are in fact RCT's so that gives MSB more clout I imagine....
Someone I guess is buying shares given the turnover so let's see what happens....

Just remember it is an FDA decision we are waiting on ..... I cringe at posts that say "FDA Approval" ... while it is a lessor chance of Ryoncil being declined than approved, people need to temper their expectations in case we do receive a CRL for some reason - you should all know there are no guarantees in life except death and taxes - just sayin'
I have said previously that the FDA are a law unto themselves so anything can happen; I just hope that common sense for once prevails in this instance.
